Stick to fruits instead, but again, remember to have them in moderation as eating one too many bananas can have the same negative effect on the weighing scale!

Having protein-rich diets

Protein is the one nutrient that helps muscle growth as well as repairing muscle tissue. Having a sensible, protein-rich diet ensures that the muscles you worn out from exercising get repaired, and you have better growth!

Strong muscles are, and will always be, the best fat-burning factories your body can have.

Therefore, make sure that you don't neglect workouts that strengthen and build stronger muscles. There are so many different workouts that I have - pick one and start doing them! You'll feel terrific, I promise.
