  • 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk, depending on your desired consistency

Blend the strawberries with milk together on low speed. Then add in yoghurt and ice cream and blend some more, until you get a nice consistency.

Tip: For the milk, you can add half a cup if you want a thicker smoothie. Alternative, if you prefer something slightly less thick, add three-quarters of a cup.

Strawberry Mango Mania

Ingredients

  • 1 cup yoghurt (preferably mango or another fruit mix)

  • 8 medium to large sized strawberries

  • 1 large mango, chilled and diced

  • Handful of ice cubes

Directions

Add the fruits and yoghurt into a blender and blend for a few seconds. Then add the ice cubes and blend at high speed to ensure proper combination of ingredients.
