Some people hate this scrambled eggs recipe, because they continue to believe that egg is bad for them, no matter how I suggest otherwise. Eggs are actually good for you, and this is backed by studies and research on them.
It forms an essential part of your diet. Nature knows what's best for you, so don't neglect your body of the many nutrients that they contain.
I've discussed how exercise combats osteoporosis. Your diet also plays an important role. Eggs contain vitamin D, a nutrient that promotes stronger bones through aiding in calcium absorption of the body.
This means that a long-term consumption of eggs can be beneficial to you. The rule of thumb is one egg per day, at most two.
Protein packed
Eggs contain a lot of protein, despite its size. When you workout, you wear down your muscles. Protein is responsible for repairing this fibre, and for growing and strengthening your muscles, as well as repairing skin and other tissues of the human body.
Essential source of choline
Egg is one of the rare foods that have naturally occurring choline. Choline is responsible in maintaining and improving our nervous system. Brain function, nervous system, and our reaction time is improved when we have sufficient levels of choline in our body.
Directions
Crack the eggs into a bowl and add the milk and salt. Whisk for a minute or so until the ingredients are well-mixed.
Add a bit of butter (never use margarine!) to your pan and let it melt. You could also use olive oil, a substitute that rich in protein. The moment the butter is completely melted, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
Wait a for a few seconds until you see that there is a somewhat solid base forming at the bottom. Using your ladle, gently stir the mixture. Tilt your pan as needed, to get the runny liquid to the base of the pan to cook.
Continue stirring the mixture until everything has become solidified "goo". At this point, you will need to flip the eggs to get it fully cooked. Continue this for about half a minute, or until you see that it has become slightly dry, not runny.
Transfer to a plate, and add a dash of pepper for taste.
I'm itching to prepare my own right now.
