Problem with chest area
by Ak Yadav
My chest area is rather fat despite doing daily workouts. I am wondering what I can do to make the chest look better.
Hello Ak Yadav, thank you for your question! It is a bit hard for me to advice you more because I don't know what kind of workouts you are doing daily. If you tell me more about the exercises that you are doing, then I can perhaps advice you further.
In most cases, when a guy experiences such a problem, is because that he has more body fat than the average person. Males tend to store fats in the chest and stomach area, while females store fats in the waist and thigh area. What I would suggest is for you to have proper meals and add cardio training into your workouts.
Your meals needs to be more frequent throughout the day and they should be smaller in proportion. This keeps your metabolism higher for a longer period of time and therefore help to burn more fat.
As for cardio training, I strongly suggest doing interval training. This means to run at a fast pace for a short while, then jog for a short period of time. For example, you jog for 30 seconds, then sprint for 15 seconds. Repeat this 5-8 times, depending on how you feel. Interval training is best for burning fat and ensuring that you get the most effective workout.
I hope this helps.
