Don't we want to learn the Mark Wahlberg workout? I mean, he is successful, has starred in many movies, like "The Lovely Bones", is a producer and has a family! Despite his many commitments, somehow he manages to find time to keep fit.
Some might say that he can make time because he has so many people helping him - a manager to plan his schedule, a personal trainer, chefs and so on. However, at the end of the day, no one can make you fit.
You still got to get off the couch and start doing push ups if you want to succeed. So do not compare yourself to these celebs, but instead, learn from them.
Wahlberg tells magazines and reporters that during his workouts, he refuses to take significant breaks between sets, pushing his muscles into overdrive. This helps to work each muscle at an optimum level.
However, please keep in mind that you should not do this when you're just starting to work out. Once you have been exercising for three works to a month, you can slowly start to minimize the time you spend resting between each set.
This means if you usually take 5 minutes between each exercise, you can gradually lower it to 3 minutes, then to 2 and finally to 1 minute. A rest of one minute is actually the best to push your muscles into working at top gear.
Raising intensity levels of each exercise
He likes to go for three sets of 10 repetitions each. While you may think that that is not significant, he actually carries a weight vest throughout his entire workout. This means that on top of the weights that he is using for lunges for example, he has an additional weight around his chest.
Therefore, if you want to achieve a physique like him, your goal is to increase the intensity of your workouts slowly and steadily, until you're on par or even better than Wahlberg.
Focus on gym-based exercises
Mark Wahlberg workout focuses a lot of gym equipment for physical fitness. This does not mean that you need to run out and sign up for a gym membership! You can achieve just as much while working out at home if you are dedicated and committed.
Working out at the gym means that you never have to worry about equipment for every single exercise in the book, but it does not mean that you can't achieve just as much at home either. There are many ways to exercise at home, it's a question of how much you want to stay fit.
Boxing for a wonderful aerobic exercise
Boxing is the choice of aerobic exercise in Mark Wahlberg workout. Wahlberg swears by boxing, doing it regularly to up his heart rate before exercising as well as strengthening the muscles in his body. He apparently loathes running, so boxing for the win!
Pay attention to this tip! You might scoff and say that it won't make much of a difference, but it actually will.

8 meals a day
If you complain about preparing 6 meals a day, you're in for a shocker. He prepares 8 meals per day! 8 meals is time-consuming, I agree. So if you are really ambitious, you can strive for that goal and I'll be cheering you on.
Otherwise, 6 meals per day puts you on the right track. You don't HAVE to follow every single fitness suggestion.
Therefore, it goes to show that you should really choose an aerobic exercise that you enjoy! It can be anything, so long as you love doing it. When you're passionate about the sport or activity, you'll be less likely to stop exercising.
