I'm sure you might have heard or even tried leg raises before. It is a workout aimed to tone and strengthen your lower abdominals.

Do not lift your head during the exercise as it can cause strains in the neck.
Keep your breathing normal during the entire workout.
When you do this, you are actually increasing the difficulty of the workout. The amount of intensity you want to experience is entirely up to you!
You can even use a stability ball. Clamp the ball with your legs and do the exercise itself. I tried this exercise and grunted throughout the whole 8 repetitions!
A lot of times, motivation drops because you do the same thing over and over again. Understanding and knowing more workouts can help solve that problem.
