However, you will realize that what she does to keep fit and have a flat stomach is not a fitness secret. It just requires a lot of perseverance and determination.
In the interview of Britney Spears, she said that the very first thing she had was to make sure that she had no sugar in her meals. No candy, ensure that she doesn't take too much sweet drinks and most importantly, lesser fruits.
Yes, fruits have a lot of vitamins and are important for your health. But if you overdo it, the sugar contained in the fruits becomes converted to fat, especially if you don't burn it off.
Spears did not take fruits at all, and worked out regularly, burning whatever fat and calories in her body like a well-oiled machine.
You shouldn't completely deny your body of the nutrients it so desperately needs, but take them in moderation.
Low Carb, High Protein Meals
She also minimized her intake of carbohydrates, like rice and bread, opting instead for protein-packed meals. This could really be anything from grilled turkey breast, to a handful of roasted nuts.
Besides having meals rich in protein, Britney Spears also had smaller but more frequent meals. This means that you maybe increase the number of meals you have in a day, but make sure that they are significantly smaller in portion.
What this does is actually make your body feel full for a longer period of time, so that you won't tend to snack unnecessarily, gaining back the pounds you have worked so hard on shedding. This is possibly one of the most critical aspects of Britney Spears ab workout.
Britney Spears is no stranger to these facts. In her recent interview, she said that she worked hard at the gym, doing muscle building exercises. She used weights for some workouts or turned to gym machines. For her aerobics, she did lots of dancing to increase her metabolism and burn fat.
While she may have worked out in a gym, it doesn't mean that you have to. You can workout at home too, and it will be perfectly fine.
The same goes for her choice of aerobic activity. Just because the Toxic singer loves it, doesn't mean that you have to force yourself to dance to get results. Look at various examples of aerobic exercises to get a feel of other things you can do.
The most important thing is: INTENSITY. You need to have really intense workouts to be as successful as Britney. You may choose to exercise at home and do aerobics regularly, but if you do it leisurely, you will improve your health, but won't achieve her figure.
