Exercise For Beginners Primetime, Issue #009 -- Exercising with Illness, My Personal Experience
April 17, 2015

Hi there!

Recently, I decided to share my personal experience with dealing with pain and trying to exercise. This is in line with a response a reader had.

This reader is suffering from hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy type 2. I felt that it was important for me to share not just the methods and tips to cope with an illness, but my personal experience with having extreme pain and trying to stay positive and working towards recovering.

Even with chronic illnesses, I strongly believe that spirit is so important. If you act like it's over when you're sick, it's really gonna be over. The people who recover from chronic or even life threatening illness managed to achieve that by believing that they're healthy and never giving up faith and hope.

I hope to share some more similar stories of people recovering in later issues.

Here is the link to the reader who shared his experience of being sick and my response.

Recently, I've also updated my YouTube channel. My latest video is about how to eat clean and how difficult it is to achieve that when your friends have other plans whenever you go out.

It's my first time trying to do something different with my videos and I really hope you enjoy it and that it made you smile.

I'm also aiming to post videos on a weekly basis so do subscribe to my channel. :D
